I'm moving in the near future and I have a beer in secondary I'm bringing with me. Should I wait until it's dark to take it with me so it doesn't become skunked? It's a stout so there isn't much hops there but I don't want a ruined beer and it's around and hour and a half drive.
After realizing at the last minute I didn't have a large enough container to make a 2L starter for an imperial stout, I made a one liter starter instead. Also when I pitched it, I used luke warm water to get the extra yeast out of the bottom of my growler. My questions are how mu h longer will...
