Not quite but you can buy hop oil. It gives a really smooth hop character and you can use a lot without adding vegetal notes

Just heard a podcast about it. They are made because they are propagated in the same package so there is zero handling. Also, you never needed a starter with WL

Anyone try this? Results as good as mine?

Only thing I would worry about is the often talked about soapy flavor from prolonged hopping.
