Thanks guys for the info. Pulled the hops out last night. I have to go to the local shop this evening to get a pack of hops. I miscalculated when I bought for the recipe. Will be ping the second dry hop tonight and then in a week we will see how the beer is tasting. Sent from my SPH-L900 using...

Wondering if when I go to do my second dry hop should I remove the old hops or put the new in with the old? Thanks Ray

Westvletern 12. It's my favorite. Sad days though. I only have two bottles left.

I did this when I came back from Germany. I bought a pack of diapers and wrapped each bottle in two diapers. Then I bought gallon zip lock bags and put 3 or 4 in each bag. I had no issues and the diapers were there for cushion and for absorption just in case they popped. Hope this helps. Ray

Hey guys and gals, I am dry hopping a double IPA right now and it should be sitting for the next week and a half. I am wanting to enter it into an IPA competition May 5th. I some concerns of the hoppiness diminishing by that time. Should I be worried? Thanks for any and all help. Ray
