I'm gonna simply say to fill them up and cap em, don't overthink it. That tiny amount of oxygen in there isn't going to ruin anything. Chill out, and drink a homebrew :)

It came out fantastic! Huge hit with everyone who's had it. Possibly this year's favorite I'd say. There was a pretty big difference in color and mouthfeel, who knows how that went down. As for a clone, it didn't come out exact, but it still...

If you're using a 10-gallon pot, you're going to need som headspace there. 8 gallons in a 10 gallon pot may not be enough room, unless you're cool with the occasional boilover :)

Sounds awesome! I'm definitely going to brew this CDA again. I've only been brewing for about 8 months or so, but that CDA is the best thing we've brewed so far I think.
I brewed up a CDA from a NotherBrewer.com all-grain kit a few months back. It really came out fantastic. All the attributes of a good IPA with a roasty malt finish.
