Oxygen in bottle neck after bottling beer

I'm gonna simply say to fill them up and cap em, don't overthink it. That tiny amount of oxygen in there isn't going to ruin anything. Chill out, and drink a homebrew :)

Can You Brew It recipe for Lagunitas Censored Ale

Nobody ever comes back to say that do they? heh It came out fantastic! Huge hit with everyone who's had it. Possibly this year's favorite I'd say. There was a pretty big difference in color and mouthfeel, who knows how that went down. As for a clone, it didn't come out exact, but it still...

    8 gallon batches

I don't see mention of the pot though :) If you're using a 10-gallon pot, you're going to need som headspace there. 8 gallons in a 10 gallon pot may not be enough room, unless you're cool with the occasional boilover :)

    Black Heart Cascadian Dark Ale

Sounds awesome! I'm definitely going to brew this CDA again. I've only been brewing for about 8 months or so, but that CDA is the best thing we've brewed so far I think.

    Black Heart Cascadian Dark Ale

The NorthernBrewer site has Dehusked Carafa III listed as 490-560°L. Is that what TastyBrew has it as?

    Black Heart Cascadian Dark Ale

It came out beautifully black. I've uploaded some pics here, http://d.pr/pRAJ and here, http://d.pr/N5m6 I couldn't guess an SRM for you though.

    Black Heart Cascadian Dark Ale

I brewed up a CDA from a NotherBrewer.com all-grain kit a few months back. It really came out fantastic. All the attributes of a good IPA with a roasty malt finish. MASH INGREDIENTS 11.5-lbs.-Rahr-2-row-pale 0.5-lbs.-Briess-Caramel-80L 0.25-lbs.-Weyermann-Dehusked-Carafa-III...

    Undying yeast cap

This is my first post, so be gentle :) My brothers and I brewed up an all-grain batch a week ago. It's been happily fermenting in a carboy in my tub at around 65-67F. When the yeast was going full steam it produced about a 2 inch cap. I was only planning on a 2 week fermentation with dry...
