If you make a 50 gallon batch of strawberry wine, do you multiply a 1 gallon recipe by 50? Seems like some of the quantities are a little overkill such as 50 campden and 10 paks of yeast.

Your LHBS might be willing to invest in the seamer and loan/rent it out if they could make any mioney selling the empty new cans.

Your local welding supply might take your oxygen tank in trade for a refilled CO2 tank for a small charge. Then you will have a tank for CO2 that you can use to have refilled in the future. Good luck randyp
