I just bought a new used sanke keg from a local recycling place. When releasing the pressure there was a fourth of the kegs worth of skunked beer in it. Can the spear be disassembled and re assembled for cleaning easily? I want to start using the keg for homebrew.

you might be able to set it up like a tent but then you'd have to calculate how far away from the pole in the center to equal a longer growing length to get to the top of the pole.

i'm not sure about philly but i know that grocery stores that sell beer where i live have to have a separate section for beer to be sold and i think they have to have a cafe area attached to that(but maybe it's just some sort of clause where there has to be seats)
