40 plate chiller off of ebay

what was everyones opinion on this chiller after they bought it? i didn't really see any follow up posts about it and was contemplating buying one myself?

I purchased that same exchanger and i love mine, it was a great deal, and it works perfectly my tap water is pretty warm and I go from 212 to 120 in about 10 min and to 80 in 20min. It takes a little longer to get to pitch temp because of the temp of the cooling water.

Incidentally i do 12 gal batches and recirulate with a pump.

I have exact same chiller. Never had a plate chiller to compare it to, but with my water at 60 deg, chilled 10G wort to 64 in just under 9 minutes. Seems to work very good in my opinion.

do you recirculate the wort or just one pass through?
