    Berries in the boil

I've only brewed with fruit once for a summer party we were having so take my advice with caution. It was a summer ale with two row, pilsner malt and I added strawberries at the last five minutes of boil in two hop bags. The flavor was extracted minimally but was subtle enough to not be...

The adventures of a complete noob and a brew rig

Should be fine, we used aluminum flashing about 6 inches in height with two extra inches in diameter than the burners and they work fine. On another note, are you still planing on using the switches without a ground?

    Bottling From a Keg

Thanks Dunerunner, I was experimenting with this the other night with hopes of shipping some of my kegged saison to my brother. I created a foaming mess most likely due to psi and temp variation. I'll give it another shot tomorrow.

    Bottling From a Keg

Do you find that you lose some carbonation when doing this? Any tips to offer or is it really as simple as you've shown?

    Brewing Belgians in Florida

I'm in N. Florida, St. Augustine to be exact, and have lurked here for years. I'm past due on my "thanks yous" to the HBT crew and all the contributors here. I've learned a lot, saved tons of money and have become a better brewer thanks to everyone here. I brew every two weeks if not more...
