i did a green tea , cran ras mead and it came out awesome ...after 2 yrs of aging... i can dig up the recipe if you want just pm me. sadly i didnt have that kind of patience and drank 95% of it after a few months hahaha luckily i gave some away and they were able to wait to drink it.

okay I converted my 10 gal rubbermaid and followed instructions using the braided hose technique but I don't like how it can move around when I am mashing and stirring etc. also

So I bottled some beers and used carb tabs then I stored it in my garge (high 30's) for the prescribed week and my beers are still flat.. is that because it is too cold? Will moving them into my house(high 60's) fix that? or can I keep it in the colder conditions and just have to wait longer...
