    Huge Neon - "Fresh Beer Made Here" Sign

    Its been 3 days fermenting at 65-67...what experience do people have fermenting this yeast a little warm? If it throws fruitiness I'm ok with that but I hope not to get any fusel alcohol flavors. Does anyone have experience with this yeast?
