Do you have a hydrometer? If not get one and check the specific gravity. Then check a few days later to make sure it is going down. Maybe it is working but you can’t detect the bubbles.

What type of yeast would you advise for this?

do you think that would reactivate whatever yeast are left? If so, how much headspace would you leave?

I transferred to secondary, it might not have been quite done at 1.010, but it is off the initial lees and I don't see much in the way of bubbling.
