I dry hopped in keg using a hop bag. It’s been 8 days at 69 degrees. I’m going to start carbonating it tomorrow and I am debating whether I should fish out the bag using a racking cane or just leave it in the keg.
Finally kegged my Maibock. I wanted to test for Diacetyl ans right now on the sample that was heated up ans chilled I can detect very slight buttery notes. Anything I can do? I racked it from the secondary to the keg just today. I did a Diacetyl rest after primary fermentation for 2-3 days.
Really novice question but I am getting barely any flow from a picnic tap on a loose dry pellet hopped ale. I am sure as ever that it’s the poppet causing th clog. I cleaned it and it worked for one glass then it clogged again. What are my options at this point with a keg full of beer still...
