    Didn't boil priming sugar

    Actually if you have a spare bathroom, I would put the bottles in a case in the tub and close the box. That way if you do have an explosion it is easier to clean up. Plus boxing the bottles will protect them from light and contain the glass shards if you do get a bottle bomb.

    Should I allow my BW to sit on the yeast cake for 10-14 days like normal then rack to secondary to let mature? Very excited about this! If I want to repitch on the cake do you think the lacto will hold?

    UFO Raspberry reciepe

    so you wouldn't think boiling them for the last 10 mins of the batch would be necessary? That would probably effect the taste of them.... So make a typical Hef, and then add the raspberry (frozen or puree) in the fermentation stage.....? Thanks for the help!

    Hi, my wife and i took our honeymoon up in northeast, we visited the Harpoon brewery and she fell in love with the UFO RASPBERRY, we live in Florida so we don't get it down here. wondering if anyone has a clone recipe for it? Id love to surprise her with it. Just got done with my 1st batch...

    1st batch question...

    yep its been on the gas for the past 48hrs.......at appx 30 lbs......, ill reset it now and check it again in 2-3 days.......thanks for the help.....

    1st batch question...

    ok so im a newbie...did some research online, but still have a question. 1st batch went relativly smoothly, made a dogfish 60minute clone (added orange peel to it for more of a citrus kick) from grain, malt, and hops. I ferminted it until there were no more bubbles coming form the carboy...
