I don't think its CO2 bubbles i looked at them pretty close no bubbles. They look more like very small pieces of bread, or more like the white little balls you get when you break a piece of foam

I'm in Los Angeles Ca (come on over, just bring beer). and yeah its hot we were in the 80's today. I checked the reading twice the first time but I did not spin it so maybe.
Well I didn't mix it with a mixing spoon (should have I guess) but I did poor the the water into the bucket from about 4 feet away and it splashed a lot and made lots of foam so it looked like it mixed well. I did however forget to mix it after I pitched the yeast now that I think about it...
