hello everyone this is my milk stout 3 weeks in secondary fermentation final gravity its ok smells ok and taste ok but i noticed this white film

after 24 hours the yeast starter started

after 12 hours the yeast starter won't start. this is the first time i use white labs san diego super yeast WLP090 no bubbles milkier looking temp 68F is a dead vial right??

thanks for answering my tem is 75 F the smell it's ok the taste it's great nothing weird floating according to my brew software my final gravity must be 1.022 and my reading was 1.028 I think i have to wait more time I panic because my other beers are in secondary and no bubbling at all

hello there i have a question ? after a month in first fermention i rack to secondary and still bubbling it was bubbling at first fermentation but, after a month a thought it was co2 so i rack to secondary and I notice the bubbles help imperial stout og 1.095 yeast wlp007
