    No I will be adding pellet hops to the boil.

    So I'm new to brewing, lm doing extract kits, so my question is; Is it better to do full boils with the extract kits? Or does it matter? I have the equipment to do a full boil. 8 gallon pot with propane burner. Advice is appreciated! Thanks

    Just bottled first batch!!

    So I just bottled my first batch! Irish red from northern brewer I'm super stoked! I have to admit that was a chore, I'm hoping its worth it. 2 weeks primary 1 week secondary. Can't wait to taste! Now it's the waiting game. Guess I brew another.

    Brew pot??

    Awesome thanks for the good advice! Going to boil water in it for an hour then go for it this weekend. Next one is a fat tire clone from the brewmeister. CHEERS!

    Racking to secondary

    Yes I met my FG. Just wondering if its ok conditioning in secondary for another week or better off in bottles? Getting anxious to try my first brew. Love this form its as addicting as home brewing!!

    Brew pot??

    Just picked up a 8 gallon aluminum pot, I took my cheesy 5 gallon Walmart pot back it worked good for my first brew but wanted to upgrade. My question is will aluminum be ok? I've read several posts where people go back and forth on stainless or aluminum.will this mess up my brew?

    Racking to secondary

    Just racked my Irish red from northern brewer to secondary. This is my first batch, super stoked! I gave it two weeks primary, and Thursday will be a week in secondary. Was wondering if I should bottle after one week in secondary, or give it another week?? Anyone brewed this? Advice?
