So after the homebrew store mixing up my order I was sent some wakatu hops instead of Riwaka which nobody has. I decided to make this a New Zealand ipa with nelson sauvin, wakatu, and motueka. I love a fruity hop flavor/ aroma so this shall be interesting. I will be brewing this in a few weeks...
