When bottling, is there an easy to carbonate the brew without relying on the yeast to do the job? If there is I would prefer to do it that way. Plus a buddy and I are thinking about starting a microbrew and it seems like something I should know how to do.
I read somewhere that you could put the bottles in the oven after all the sediment is cleared out, is that true? I hate washing all the bottles induividualy so anyway I can to do a mass sanitize without the use of water ill do. I didn't know if this was true or I should steer clear of it.
So i got a homebrew kit for xmas this year, and even though i have to get on a plane at 5 in the morning i decided to start my first batch of homebrew. It is an amber ale.... my point is my fiance is staying home during my little excursion down south and I didnt know if it would be a bad Idea...
