I only brewed this once but trying to squeeze this one in again. I liked it a lot. it just has more steps then an ipa. Very easy if you never done this style before.

After about two weeks it became more tart and much less sweet.

I don't like sweet. The Gose was really balanced. I did not let it sit at room temp more then a day or two. It did sit in keezer for 5 days while carbing.

The mesh I used is too fine. Unfortunately I don't know the microns for it.

No changes. I keg so I started drinking it 12 days after kegging. It was great young but after 5 weeks was getting weird. Only had a couple pints at 5 weeks and keg was kicked at six weeks.

Citra \ Vic Secret \ Mosiac. Awesome combo.

Northeast Wheat Ale (light one, whirlpool\dry\keg hopped with columbus, citra, and galaxy) and NEIPA (Darker one, whirlpool\dry\keg hopped with columbus and el dorado).

I thought it was too much like a West coast ipa. Not bad just not a NEIPA style.

Denali is huge tropical flavor hop, mainly pineapple. The aroma is very noticeable (tropical) and has not diminished even after 3 weeks tapped. One of my favorites. With Vic it is over the top tropical with some pine. Highly recommended.
