cold break i think? I just chilled it post boil and that coagulated as a result so i assumed its protein. yeah usually my ferments have a distinguished krausen that is more fine and the beer is cloudy but this one is a golden promise SMaSH and its only 4 SRM.
Thanks guys, I haven't really figured out a means to avoid getting hop matter or proteins in my primary yet so I always tend to get floaties in there. Just curious as to what it was.

I am getting a little sick of sugary taste that bottle conditioning leaves in my brews, and have a little money to start working toward a keg and tap system. Any preferred vendors and cheap alternatives for doing this? Cheers
