    Making an English ale from an extract kit put together to be similar Ar to northern brewers innkeeper ale..     Stir during begining of fermentation?

    Got ya Well it is fermenting away. Seems to be doing its thing... It's covered and airlocked and bubbling so I will keep an eye on itself let her sit for a week or so and see where the grav measurements are at that point.... Like I said this is my first beer brew so I am not expecting...

    About to bottle.... Whats that citric acid blend that came w my sweet mead kit?????

    . Bottled the melomels last night, they seemed to have developed a nice flavor on their own....stuffs only two months old and it tastEs pretty darn good. This is my first try tho so I can imagination how nice it will taste as time goes by, doubt I will be able to keep these first two gallons...

    O I need to use it on the melomels we parted out of the 5 gallon batch... 2 1 galloners.... And 3 straight up honey and water... What will it do? The fruit gals taste pretty good without it.... Afraid I will ruin my batch....don't wanna do that
