    + 7 gal Irish Red + 6 Citra IPA + 5.5 Helles Lager + 5.5 White IPA + 5.5 Belgian Wit + 6 Blonde Ale + 6.5 Shandy Base Ale + 6 ESB = 48 gal (So far this year) + 13,524.5 13,572.5 gallons

    Krausen falling, time to turn up the heat??

    I had an OG of 1.078 and a FG of 1.027. I used 1 pack of us05. I was aiming high with the FG to leave a lot of body.

    The only thing I think you should add is some length to the hop lines. If you have the ability to, I would pull the "T" assembly away from the fence X distance, pour a larger (18"x18" to 24"x24") Anchor, and run jute or chord from the ground, over the 2x to the fence that is X distance away...

    Krausen falling, time to turn up the heat??

    I brewed an American Stout 3 months ago and noted that the krausen fell very suddenly after 2 days of intense fermentation. But my airlock continued to bubble for 4-5 days at a steady 5ish times a minute. I kept my carboy next to the radiator in my kitchen so it could range between 65-75 F...
