Would it be possible to take hydro samples from the beer-post via the floating dip tube if you didn't have a spigot? Perhaps whack a party tap on it when I dispense a sample? (BTW thanks for pointing me to the thread)

Looks great. How did you fix the plastic dip tube? How sturdy are the fermonster lids, stand the test of time? And how well does it keep pressure / what PSI do you go to? thanks

I have fitted the GF connect controller to my Brewster Beacon (Guten) all in one system, which has a 2500w element. I've tried it with water for 30 mins and it works. I'm testing it out on a brewday soon, I'll let you know how it goes.

Fridge won't cool to 1 degree... Any ideas why I can't get my fridge down to 2 °C any more? It gets to about 3C and oscillates. However it looks like (by the blue portion on the graphic) that it's permanently trying to cool. The display however implies it's not permanently cooling as it says...

Hi, the overshooting issue? Yes I moved the fridge sensor location, and put the sensor much closer to the top and back of the fridge - the coldest part.

Power on the esp, press reset button and it should create an ad-hoc WiFi network. You can connect to this network from your phone or PC, and add in details of your WiFi network. You can then restart the esp and it will connect
