    I made a mango pale ale with 2 bags of frozen mango chunks in secondary. Came out good, but really dry. I didn't get a lot of "mango" taste, just a hint. You could smell it though.     Anybody else brew a Smorgasporter? I wait until I have enough leftover stuff from other brews and just mix it all together. They've all been pretty good. I always wright down the recipe in case I happen to brew a masterpiece by mistake.
