Thank you! I thought I had seen some people saying they ferment usually starting at 70 - 72 but couldn't find the post now so figured I'd ask a few people.
Thank you
Hi All,
I couldn't really find any good Firestone Sucaba clone recipes out there, so wanted to bump a bit and see if I could find anyone who's brewed something close and give some insight into my recipe.
Thank you in advance.

English...
I'm looking for something sort of kind of like Big foot esq, that 10.5-11% would be good. American Barleywine, not English right now. I'll do that next year. I do want some caramel and toffee notes for sure but I don't want super big figgy/date/raisin type character you might get from some...
I brewed the beer for my brother who doesn't live close by to me to try it more and I only had 1 glass of it. I'd say it was a decent beer but kind of 1 dimensional, I would assume from the thiols. I wouldn't use the yeast again. I prefer JUICE or Wyeast 1318 for hazies currently.
Thank you. I wasn't super impressed with the cosmic punch beer I brewed recently. Trying the lunar crush now just for kicks. We shall see. Thanks for sharing that post also.
