I have about 10 different varieties of hops growing in 5 gallon buckets what time of year should I harvest the rhizome from the bucket to transplant them into the ground?

I am looking for a good known equipment profile for 2, ten gallon coolers and a Kegel for the brew pot I somehow lost my original template that was close to that and it appears that I may have an error in my saved recipes using that old profile any help would be greatly appreciated

How long does it take you guys to typically fly sparge your 10 gallon batches? I tried to go quite a bit faster on this last batch and missed my OG by a considerable amount.

I have a place that will fill my regular CO2 bottles with beer gas they say it should be no problem to use my existing CO2 regulator I just need the proper faucet you guys know if this is true?

what tensile strength cable or rope are you guys using? I have a 60 foot span that will have one hops plant ever 5 feet what do you guys suggest using?
