One of my kegs is almost always filled with some version of my Irish red lager. My wife loves it, my neighbours love it and I quite enjoy it myself.

Escarpment Labs is close and most widely available from LHBS' in my neck of the woods. I also use Wyeast and Imperial.

This is very tough. I'd have to go dry and then: US-05 for most any ale I brew. 34/70 for most any lager I brew. and then flip a coin between 380/3068 and Abbaye/Belle Saison
