looking for Information on Vietnamese brews

I am Vietnamese and 33 (băm ba which is three three or ba mươi ba which is thirty three) sound about right. 33 were sold during the war and still in business today. You can find this beer in the US at almost any Asian supermarket or at least in California, Texas & Virginia that...

Will this cheap 3500 watt induction burner work?

I am in the same exact situation, my dryer has a 30 amp plug like the picture shown so I need an adapter like you described here. My problem is the outlet is about 30 feet away from where I can brew so instead of an adapter I am thinking about an extension cord (30ft) I don't know much about...

Making Traditional rice Wine. Cheap, Fun, and Different

The sweetness is there without adding anything but some time we add liquid sugar. With a cup of water, sugar to taste and some chop up ginger, bring everything up to a boil and let it shimmer for about 5 minutes. Add a teaspoon of that would be great too.

New way to control Pellet Hop gunk!

Hi folks, I am thinking this can also be used for mead making with bigger in diameter of course. With bigger size, lid and weight, it can be used to hold fruit and will sink to to the bottom of the fermenter. Any thought? Allan

    electric biab setup

@cpankonien, Hi, thanks for those photos. I am a BIAB currently with Propane but will soon want to go with electric, similar to what you have. My question is will the weight of the basket+grains damage the heating elements? from the picture I would assume that the basket is resting on top of...
