I put my beer in the primary fermenter a week ago and it is sill fermenting. Bubbling about every two seconds. What does this mean? Should I wait until it slows to switch to secondary?
I am about to bottle my one gallon batch and I only have regular cane sugar. I know dextrose and corn sugar is better but I do not have them.
So my question is how much water and cane sugar should I boil up for a one gallon batch of beer.
I have five star IO star sanitizer and am going to use it to sanitize my equipment. Im going to mix oz with 5 gallons of water in a water cooler. My question is can I just keep the sanitizer mix in the cooler until it is time to bottle and reuse the old mix.
