    I know there a lot of formulas to use in brewing, but I mostly use online calculators for most of them.

    Used chocolate stout slurry for a non-chocolate stout beer

    I did this with a cream ale without realizing how much color it would impart initially. I was freaking out that I had ruined the color for the style. After it fermented and cold crashed it was fine.

    IPA 1 gallon brew

    This may help...I panicked one time because I noticed no airlock activity. It turned out that the fermentation completed so quickly that I completely missed it. I would recommend taking a hydrometer reading to see if fermentation is complete. My guess is it is.
