    Small CO2 tank

FINALLY got around to brewing this past weekend. That means it's time to purchase a tank! I think I'm going to err on the safe side and find a 24oz tank. I know they used to make them when I played paintball. I hope they still do! Time to start shopping!

    Small CO2 tank

Do you think those 20/24oz tanks have enough gas in them to carb AND dispense? I played/worked at a paintball field for years when I was a kid. I've been away from that world for a LONG time. I can't believe I'm actually talking about it again! Ha!

    Small CO2 tank

So you guys are saying I can carb my beer and serve via a paintball tank? Is this adapter something I could get from Norther Brewer? Thanks!

    Small CO2 tank

Friends, I am setting up a small keg system for my small batches and I'm looking for a smaller CO2 tank for this system. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a 2.5 or 1 pound tank? Thanks!

    1-Gallon Brewers UNITE!

I'm looking for a great and simple one gallon hard cider recipe. I tend to like sweeter ciders if that helps! Thanks!! Sent from my iPad using Home Brew

Infected Cider. Sour... But good... A few questions

Long story short. Maybe I needed to do a little more research before making this! In hoping this is the case and I don't have infected cider!

Infected Cider. Sour... But good... A few questions

Well if that is the case I'm pretty upset because I asked my LHBS to recommend a yeast that wouldn't do that. I wanted a sweeter cider!

Infected Cider. Sour... But good... A few questions

Honestly, I wouldn't know! This is my first cider. It tastes like sour beers I have had... That's why I feel like it was infected.

Infected Cider. Sour... But good... A few questions

I just finished bottling a apple cider that was a happy accident. It is definitely infected but came out tasting like a good sour beer! I didn't even know it was infected in the fermenter. There was no film or obvious signs. Unfortunately for me I didn't taste it before racking it to my...
