    I have the 7.9 gallon one and with a small modification to change the collection ball to a mason jar and mounting it to a base with casters I've been happy with it. I ordered the big one and will let you know after I use it.

    If the plastic valve gives me any problems (none so far) I'll replace it with an SS butterfly valve like the one I used on my 15 gallon inductor tank.

    It makes transfer and collection much easier using the TC connection. You can see fermentation activity in the jar. Also, the collection ball was more difficult to clean.

    Looking for the title of this book

    Hi fellow brewers. I found this photo of a good recipe on another forum that I am no longer using (insert silly sidebar story here). I am trying to identify the book in the photo. If any of you know the title I would appreciate the info. TIA.
