    Fermenting began AGAIN!

    First, welcome. Second, I'm not positive, but that sounds like you may have an infection on your hands or it could have been a large temperature fluctuation. But regardless, I'd suggest you let it sit in the fermented for at least 2 weeks.

    Its just a remnant from the manufacturing process, that 'broken' piece was probably where they injected the plastic into the mold. You could try to remove it with some skillful utility knife action but if you use the stand that/bottle tree adapter you will never see it. But getting to you...

    Magic Hat Circus boy, their version of a hefe. I bought it to taste against the hefe i made recently. The magic hat was pretty good, though I wasn't overly impressed with the lemon taste. Oh, and my hefe wasn't too shabby either.
