Recently moved from Seattle to Austin and have yet to find the time to brew a batch. Question to you locals;
How do you go about keeping your fermentation temperatures down during the summer heat? Do you cold ferment or just leave your fermenter in an air conditioned house?
I just moved from Seattle to Austin. I have yet to try the Austin beer scene but spent more time than I like to admit at Seattle and Portland breweries.

Sounds pretty good. I would use something other than Amarillo but that's just my preference. I would also try to keep the final IBU around 60. But again, my preference.
