    Beersmith 2 nano-magic equipment profile

Has anyone come up with an equipment profile for the Sabco Nano-magic? I have the opportunity to begin to use one and would like to create a profile on my beersmith for it. Thanks in advance.

Mash temp. was way to high

I did the same thing as well on a scotch ale, mashed way to high on accident, started with a OG of 1.084, and it died in the fermenter at 1.040...not really sure what to do with it now.

    saison recipe help?

I agree with using pilsner for a saison, as well as putting some orange peel in. im also thinking about trying some rosehips in my next saison to see what happens with that.

    Strong Scotch Ale

Ya, my bad on that one... I have made something similar in the past, but without the peated malt and a couple other minor differences, it turned out ok, but not where i would like it, hoping the changes that i have will make that deference. i reposted in the proper forum though. thanks.
