    First time brewer... right to the keg

    LOL. I must be a nut case. Looks great. Never wanted to bottle so i purchased 8 kegs and beverage Air Kegerator, buildt everything else. Been doing all grain self milled for four years now, only added a large plate chiller. Ran out of names. So now i just make beer. lol.

    Anyone use a whisk instead of a spoon or paddle?

    I have both. Mash paddle in stainless is much more effective when the mash is chunky and thick as strike water is added. I use keggles. Most restaurant supply stores have solid paddles. Just drill some 1/2 holes into the paddle head.

    All i can add is barginfittings ships very fast and always correct. I have a very simular set-up. Only using one march pump and fly sparging. have not jumped into a RIMM's yet.     If clover valves are based on the flange size its 3" tri clamp valve. The silicone internal one with the post seal connection.

    Anyone have any idea where to find seals for the internal valve trub dump on the 14.5 gallon blichmann. I an now wondering if i bought the right fermenator. Blichmann, s web site allow a week for a e mail response and a relentless Internet search found nothing. 29 views on here no input.

    I think we are all lazy in pops eyes. I grew up on a pig farm in WVA if your not doing something your lazy. But people these days don't do squat when it comes to hard work. My buddy is a good guy and does like homebrew but i guess the Tv is where its at.

    Experience is relavent only to knowledge. trying to remeber the science behind everything is mind blowing. I have the brew day down like a fat kid on a hamburger, but lack in the science. 93 brew days in three years, all grain only. Never did anything else.
