Dry hopping in secondary (carboy). How long is too long? I usually only go a few weeks before bottleing, but haven't been able bottle the batch due to traveling.
Any advice?

The problem has been remedied by purchasing a propane cooker. Made a batch yesterday (different kit) which hopefully be done with primary fermentation by the weekend. I'll transfer to carboy, clean/sanitize primary bucket...
