A label I quickly made in PS for the deception cream stout by NCbeernut
not sure if I should put it in black and white or colour yet, I think black and white
The cream ale was probably ready sooner but I went on a brewing spree for 3 days straight one brew a day. not doing it again. to much pain at bottling time.
I sat down and bottled 15 gallons of beer today.
5 Gallons of cream ale
5 Gallons of pumpkin spice dark ale
5 Gallons of stout
I think I may buy a keg soon... because that was ridiculous and I had to do it all on my own!
Frogs Cream Ale
Recipe
6# Light LME
1/2# Crystal 10
1/2# Vienna
Hops
0.5oz Golding 60min
1oz Hallertua 60 min
0.25oz Hallertua 20min
0.25 Golding 5min
Steep grains at 155-158 for 30 mins in 3 gallons of water
Bring to boil
add 6 pounds light LME
bring back to boil and...
Well, I have gone ahead and made it. It looks like a nice deep straw at the moment and has a really nice white krausen although full of hop dust heh. And smelt quite hoppy when i pitched my yeast. I'l let you guys know how it turns out!

I have been looking for a cream ale recipe for about 3 hours now on google and here and can not find an extract recipe? what makes a cream ale? does anyone have any recipes they would be willing to share? :)

If you replace the plug with another plug, you can literally just put the wires exactly how they were in the original plug. If your wanting to ground it get a plug with a 3rd prong ground not negative. it will make it easier to wire in a ground.
