Recipe
6# Light LME
1/2# Crystal 10
1/2# Vienna
Hops
0.5oz Golding 60min
1oz Hallertua 60 min
0.25oz Hallertua 20min
0.25 Golding 5min
Steep grains at 155-158 for 30 mins in 3 gallons of water
Bring to boil
add 6 pounds light LME
bring back to boil and add the 0.5 and 1 oz of hops
at 20 mins add the hallertua
at 5 mins add the golding hops
cool wort and pour into primary and aerate
add 2.5 gallons of top up water to bring it to 5gallons
pitch yeast and attach blow off
Just thought I would share a simple cream ale recipe, looks the same as every other one but oh well!

1oz Hallertua 60 min
0.25oz Hallertua 20min
0.25 Golding 5min
