The cream ale was probably ready sooner but I went on a brewing spree for 3 days straight one brew a day. not doing it again. to much pain at bottling time.

Well, I have gone ahead and made it. It looks like a nice deep straw at the moment and has a really nice white krausen although full of hop dust heh. And smelt quite hoppy when i pitched my yeast. I'l let you guys know how it turns out!

If you replace the plug with another plug, you can literally just put the wires exactly how they were in the original plug. If your wanting to ground it get a plug with a 3rd prong ground not negative. it will make it easier to wire in a ground.

you should look into grounding the fridge. people have been electrocuted to death in some cases from those fridges. I forget how to ground them but you can look it up. as for gauges. anything around the same size gauge hopefully the same or slightly bigger is best.

I know near nothing about kegging systems but my guess would be that your in need of a food grade co2 tank that can be used for pop towers. I would think they would not worry about making welding tanks and paintball tanks food grade, they are probably more interested in cutting production cost.

The goal is to yes give it a nice swirl at an attempt to re suspend some of the yeast in the solution as to kick it back into gear again, seems to have worked.

Well to my taste this may be one of the best beers I have tasted. I wont know until I bottle condition it but I like it so far!
