Hi all, Has the yeast strain of the Mr. Beer dry ale yeast "Brewer's Yeast" been figured out yet? I searched for a bit on HBT and via a few Google searches, but was unable to find anything. I'm just curious and I find it odd that they divulge every other strain but the "Brewer's Yeast."...

Glad I could make you laugh! At this point, I'm not as concerned about temperature. Going into my next batch, I'll be doing a lot more to achieve a temp at the low-end of the suggested fermentation temps. Thanks for the tip, though. I appreciate it. :)
