    Combining slurries.

    I've tried mixing a couple of yeast slurries and had good results. But both were pretty similar to begin with . Wyeast London Ale #1028 and Whitbread Ale #1099 the combo made very good brew. Just my two cents.

    Works just fine. And besides each quart jar pours 2 pints. Easy to clean and easy to bottle!

    Tap-a-Draft system?

    Thinking about going to a mini-keg system. The Tap-A-Draft system seems to be my pick. Anyone have any experiece or opinions for this system? :confused: Thanks,
