Holy hell! Was jamming out the other day and remembered this thread cant believe it is still going. Kudos Headbanger! How you been dude? A little something, something...
Demon is right, it has to be another craft brewery. A lot of distributors will pay for draft equipment and buy out managers at different accounts (paid trips etc...) in order to win shelf space and tap markers.
Nola Brew,
It is hard to get a true lager style brew fermenting at 65 degrees with an ale strain. I assume you are saying 65 degrees to 70 is your ambient temperature. Ambient and fermentation temperatures are two very different things. Because your beer is sitting in a room at 65 degrees does...
This will give you an idea, but in general you usually want double the yeast you would normally pitch for an ale.

Scottvin,
That is a pretty weird hop schedule but you still got a fair amount of bitterness out of it. You could have fermented the beer out a little bit more, but still 1.015 is not a bad FG, and would most likely not give you such a sweet beer.
Are you sure what you are tasting is sweet...
A good friend just introduced me to the new Cattle Decap Albumn usually not a big fan but this is pretty brutal stuff!
