Nola Brew, It is hard to get a true lager style brew fermenting at 65 degrees with an ale strain. I assume you are saying 65 degrees to 70 is your ambient temperature. Ambient and fermentation temperatures are two very different things. Because your beer is sitting in a room at 65 degrees does...

Scottvin, That is a pretty weird hop schedule but you still got a fair amount of bitterness out of it. You could have fermented the beer out a little bit more, but still 1.015 is not a bad FG, and would most likely not give you such a sweet beer. Are you sure what you are tasting is sweet...

Actually headbanger I agree with you the internet did change tons of stuff and made thing so much more available. I literally grew up with no positive musical influence my first CD was ****ing No Doubt! I was 10 or so, but realized very quickly that this was not for me, I even stopped listening...

hahaha! I really do not like much 80's metal. I see it as the Britney Spears of its day and for the majority is was. I think if you find yourself in the majority of things then you are doing something wrong. I think if I was in the 80's and I was listening to twisted sister, cinderella, montley...
