Unable to find a clone recipe for Sam Adams Chocolate bock, so I came up with this recipe based on info given on Sams website. They mention roasted malts so those are my best guess. All comments welcome. Thanks

Last Christmas I did a Choc Mint Stout. Used a French Press with good success. Pour 2 cups boiled water over 1 Oz mint tea leaves, steep 5 minutes, cool and add at bottling or kegging time. If you are using priming suger to carb, steep that and kill 2 birds same time. Cheers
