No it was originally a gallon, I pulled some out early to bottle and then decided to let a 1/4 to sit longer and age longer.

Lol it was a small batch to begin with, only one gallon and it's the second batch ever brewed, so pretty ambitious to do a sour beer.

The smell is slightly sweet, with an apple aroma. Haven't tasted it yet. Do I'm guessing that it's still ok and I should just bottle it and store it
