Okay, I'm a noob homebrewer and I just decided to start off simple and got a 2L cranberry container and make a Apple Cider Mead.
This is the recipe.
1 Cup of apple cider (non-alcoholic bought from walmart)
2 Cups of apple juice
1 cup-2 cups of water+sugar+honey mixture
Then activated 1...
15 times a minute to 1-4 bubbles in a minute in a day. (Using a small container, 2l btw). Is it ready to rack or what? Also is it possible to be too late to rack a brew?
