    When is spunding worth trying?

    I attach mine to my fermenter after High Krausen, and set to 15psi. the beer is pretty well carbonated after cold crash when I transfer to a keg

    Flexible Gas Line?

    Is there a brand/type of gas line that stays flexible in cold temps? The red stuff I'm using gets so stiff its a pain to move me CO2 Bottle and kegs around in my kegerator.

    I dry hop 48 hours after pitching, and I keep it at 95 degrees for 2 days after fermentation finishes, then cold crash, package etc

    Water in beer line after cold crash...how is this possible with positive pressure in the fermenter?

    couldnt you increase the CO2 pressure in your fermenter, remove the spunding valve, then cold crash?
