    Blending wine that's too sweet

    I used Lalvin EC-118. My starting gravity was 1.153 and my ending was 1.053. I haven't added anything but the Camden tabs since I first made my must. My last reading for final gravity of 1.053 was in September. I've had it in the Carboy ever since.

    I've only made one batch of dandelion wine so far, but I do know you have to be patient. I tried some of mine at 6 months and it was so-so. I tried it at around 14 months old and it was great. You have to wait at least a year after bottling before trying it.
